Ka Cotter’s professional life experiences could be used as a template for a success case study, the American Dream. Following an exemplary business career with IBM, Ka joined Roger Staubach in 1979, as one of the founding members of The Staubach Company. In 2006 Ka retired. She has traded her days in airplanes, and in exciting and exhausting corporate client activities to enjoy more time with husband, LL, and her family, including children and grandchildren. Still serving on the Staubach Co. board of directors and others, Ka also continues in her many civic, community and church responsibilities.
