She also leads the Dallas Professional Women local chapter that connects entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and professional women to local non-profits that are focused on improving the local community.
In addition to these roles, Irum is an author, talk show host, podcaster, blogger, spokesperson, multi-faceted Project Manager by trade, a Licensed Electrician, and a C-Suite executive for thousands of businesses across the nation serving as an Operational Excellence Advisor. Her role is to help business owners achieve their American Dream through process improvement & social responsibility. As the Chief Operating Officer for her 5-star flagship family business; Electrician On Call; she ensures every customer experiences hassle-free service and peace of mind for any home improvement project no matter the size of it! Irum lives in Far North Dallas with her college sweetheart & husband David Jones, children Lennox & Zara Jones, and her Golden Retriever Bubba.
